Tarka Trail

The Tarka Trail off road cycle track runs for 30 miles along the route of a disused railway line. It runs through beautiful countryside, along the estuary, under and over beautiful bridges and passes many pubs, cafes and towns such as Instow. Its flat, safe paths mean that it's as equally suitable for families with young children as it is for serious cyclists wanting to a long training ride without traffic.
